APPLE CIDER SLAW DRESSING

MAKES: ¾ CUP

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

1½ tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved and the oil has been fully incorporated. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
